go to DanJohn.org (he is one of the authors here) you can order his O-lifting DVD “From The Ground Up”. Also, the website has a free e-book that accompanies the DVD.

Yeah boy!!! I got my videos yesterday!!!

and they cleared out a lot of confusion…especially on the bench.

I will be watching them AGAIN soon.

Yep, I got mine yesterday as well. I watched the bench video, which is very informative, but haven’t seen the squat video yet.

Maybe I’ll get some popcorn and treat my wife to a movie night! Who says the romance dies after the honeymoon?
