should i eliminate soybeans from my diet? i read somewhere that soy proetin was slow digesting. the soybeans have a high proetein content and carb content. but they are green veggies so i should not count them right?

This was enough to get me to stop eating it (I never did, but now I make a conscious effort with things like asian food places to avoid it as much as I can. (might be a little to intense, but rather be safe than sorry.
You can also search soy on this site and get a few other articles about it as well as some discusssions where people defend its use.

As long as you don’t make it THE main staple of protein or veggies in your diet than I don’t see anything wrong with eating some delicious edamame once and a while as an occasional treat.
