Elevated Liver Enzymes. Wtf?

Last couple of labs I’ve had elevated liver enzymes - should I be worried?

My latest lab from last week:

Alkaline Phosphatase, S

   119 High

IU/L 39 - 117

AST (SGOT)

                136 High

IU/L 0 - 40 01

ALT (SGPT)

                110 High

IU/L 0 - 44

I’ve also had elevated numbers in my lab before that from a couple months ago, but now they’re even higher. I’ve even been taking Tudca daily so I’m surprised to see this

I finished a 7 week PH cycle back in September, but I took liver support supplements of course. I rarely (basically never) drink.

I also started taking DHEA at 10mg/day because my DHEA-S levels were low.

Other than that I’m taking EC stack and the occasional PWO (mesomorph).

Of course, I cycle all those supplements… is my liver fucked?

How long post workout was the blood test? Strenuous training raises liver enzymes.

It was done in the morning in a fasted state, probably like 14-16 hours after a workout

Very helpful read. Hopefully the elevated numbers are due to exercise. It looks like confirmation can be assessed by ordering a GGT test
