Electronic Gym Log?

Can anyone refer me to a gym log program? I want to transfer my paper log into my computer, but it’s proving to be more of a pain in the ass than I expected.

I’m not very good with excel, that’s what I am using currently.

Does anyone know of a simplified program I can download? I’m thinking of something similar to fit day.

My friend and I built one in excel at work, and it does just fine for me. I have a seperate page for each day, and places to put in sets/reps/weight/notes, and it automatically calculates the load you used (multiplies them together).

Actually a pretty sweet set up. It’s easy to watch your progress that way, but is difficult for, say, ladders or what have you.

I use Open Fitness. You can input your weights, nutrition, suppliments, cardio, and measurements. Its pretty easy to use aswell :wink:
