Electrolytes for Meet Day

Particularly after a water cut what electrolytes should I be looking to get into my body to avoid cramping?

I have a history of cramping.

I use Salt-Lite which is 60-40 Potassium-Sodium.

Magnesium? Calcium?

Pedialyte has zinc in it, not sure if that makes a difference.
