I’ve got this tightness in my elbow-joint which makes my arm hurt. Pain is similar to tendinitis I think. The elbow/arm just feels really tight when I flex the biceps all the way. Pulling movements like pullups aggravates it, curls are also bad. I think there was a thread about several people having this problem but I can’t find it now.
Stuff like triceps extensions and similar movements that usually are harsh on the elbow, is no problem.
Anyone else got this problem or know what the cause of it is?
Benchpresses and deadlifts are OK, squats hurt because I pull the bar down on my traps.
