I had fractured my radial head in my left elbow over the summer falling from a basketball rim after slipping from it. I had surgery and two screws inserted to hold the fracture together. After some light physical therapy i started going to the gym to continue gaining my strength back and get in shape. I fought through the light pain in the beginning but now that i have some strength my elbow is getting irritated with the heavier loads i can now handle. I want to continue building muscle and adding weight but my elbow seems to be slowing me down with certain exercises such as skull crushers where i most recently aggravated it and have to now take some time off for the soreness to heal. Is there any exercises or things i should be doing to strengthen my elbow??
