hi guys, would need your help with an elbow issue im facing. I would get slight pain near my inner elbow joint when i do exercises like skullcrushers and overhead dumbbell tricep extensions. However, i would not get any pain on any other exercises on any other upper bodypart training. i had an injury in the same area and i guess it healed to a certain extent before stagnating at this point for quite a while(couple of months). should i continue to lift and just avoid the exercises that give me the pain?
Those exercises are also known as elbow shredders. I don’t them anymore ever. They just murder my elbows. There are plenty of non-elbow shredding alternatives. The bottom line is don’t do it if it hurts.
