I have this elbow problem and it’s driving me wild. Whenever i bench press, close grip bench press, dip etc. I get the sensetion in my right elbow which feels likes after a certain point when i move my arm the ligament jumps over the joint. It’s not that problematic but when i do a couple of sets it F’N hurts.
I tried resting, icing and it didn’t help so it must be a mechanical problem.
