Today at the gym i was working out just doing some dips… when i finished this pain just came over my left elbow. It felt like someone was pulling the tendons and muscles in my elbow.
I think it may be tendonitis but im not too sure it, it made it very hard to do pushdowns and dips today, although teh pain wasnt as bad doing close grip bench press.
Any help would be appriciated, o and i just got back from a 2 week hiatus of rest. This was the 2nd workout this week.
