Whats up everyone
I know I should see a doctor but at the moment im away from home for several weeks and thats not possible.
For the last couple months ive slowly been feeling a little ache in the back of my elbow ( where tricep connects to elbow )…but very small amount of pain and didnt worry about it. Last week it got so bad suddenly I now can’t straighten My arm without extremely bad pain. But now it doesnt necessarily hurt in that same spot. Its hard to pinpoint, almost like the entire elbow joint hurts all around when I try to straighten it
Tricep exercises dont bother it as much as chinups or pullups do. Curls also dont hurt.
Anyway my question is does anyone have advice as to what is wrong with my elbow? I was just getting ready to train for a bench only meet and this is messing everything up.
