Elbow Pain? Check This Out

in b4 I get flamed.

Been having some elbow, pain from all the heavy pressing lately. Was doing my arm workout, when I realized regular hard and heavy work, wast going to work. So I basically did this

did about six sets of straight bar extensions with about 1/4th of the ROM, going for time rather than reps. My arms felt pumped as hell, but more importantly my elbows felt way better.

No idea why, my theory is all the blood flow, helped somehow. Worth a shot…

Imbalance.

Pressing is triceps. Add some curls, and voila. Pain “can” go away.

ahh makes sense

So adding curls on bench day may help with elbow pain?

Yes, MAY help.

But the key word is “balance”.
