Elbow injury

While doing a snatch in competition, I tore my flexor at the elbow and strained the ligaments. I’m in physio. now but I was looking for input on how I could possibly strengthen this joint and prevent future injuries.

2/1 Eccentric overload tricep extensions cured me of elbow pain. Eccentric exercise has been hypothesized to strengthen the tendons and ligaments more. I’d go with that.
