Elbow Crunches and Cracks

Whenever i do push ups my left elbow crunches and ends with a crack at the end of every rep… Like a grinding noise, doesn’t hurt and no discomfort apart from the noise.

Any ideas?

It is more profound when my had is in a neutral grip rather than pronated and supinated.

BBB do you suggest the rolling mostly on the tris, extensors, flexors or all?

Or pre-hab areas most likely to get problematic, before they become painful. Before pain sets in, the trigger points are building tension. For example, the ITB may not seem to be causing any discomfort at rest, but once pressure is applied, either near the hip or the knee(or in-between), it can hurt like hell.
