My elbow cracks when i extend it.It doesnt really hurt but it annoys me while i do push ups or any other movement of that kind and i worry about it getting worse.So should i just rest or can it be something more important?
Generally speaking, if it just makes noise and doesn't hurt or hamper your performance at all it isn't a major concern. My elbow cracks every time I extend it. My ankle cracks often when I walk. I take fish oil and glucosamine but it doesn't hurt or effect me.
I wouldn't worry about it
Same here, my elbows crack, knees crack, ankles crack but none ever hurt or give me trouble. So its just one of those things you have to deal with
