I was snatching yesterday and when I caught the weight above my head I had an odd pop right below my elbow. Does anyone know what this was, why it happened or how to prevent this? I'm fairly new to Olympic lifts and I JUST pulled 135 lbs. I love this lift, but cant risk an injury because I compete in jiu jitsu. Suggestions?

it it didn't hurt, its probably nothing...
It did hurt, but nothing too serious. I didn't attempt anything else overhead after that and let it rest the last few days. It hasn't hurt since a few hours after I left the gym two days ago.
