Allan Thrall’s video here is an important reminder of how to deadlift properly. I’m gonna do light RDLs daily to practice for proper hamstring loading on the deadlift. I absolutely hate RDLs, but I hate being weak more so…

Also found this amazing forearm stretch–it feels really good.
