ive been doing CT’s Bodybuilding Pendulum Program for a while, im half way though the 10th week. Im really liking my results, 10lbs about same %body fat, good strength gains. But i feel like my strength is a little low for my size/weight (5’6" 175). If this isnt just my ego wishing i had bigger numbers on those plates…any programs/styles or program recomendations? i was considering the powerlifting pendulum since i liked the pendulum.
