I eat between 6(non training day) to 10 eggs (t days) per days
Is it better to eat them all at the same time or spread through the day ? please explain
I’ve notice lot of people eat all their eggs in their first meal … why exactly?

I eat all my eggs for breakfast, just because it is convenient. I don’t see any real need to spread them out, you just need to spread your protein intake throughout the day.
I don’t think it matters. People like eggs in the morning, and if you’re already making some eggs, it’s easy to make more.
I like eggs in the morning because they are so easy to cook.
Wake up, get the protein shake out of the fridge, drink it and start making the eggs,

Eat 'em whenever. It won’t make any difference. As for the timing, eggs are traditionally a breakfast food so people eat them for breakfast.
Although they are high in tyrosine, so that’s sort of a reason to eat them in the morning.
