Egg Yolks question

I’m not sure why it’s so low. I maintain a relatively low bodyfat level for a 225 lb powerlifter (visible abs, but definitely not shredded). I keep my saturated fat intake pretty low (red meat about once a week), with a relatively high unsaturated fat intake (flax oil, walnuts, etc.). I weight train four to five days a week without too much cardio. I’m probably doing the same things most guys on this board are doing, so this probably isn’t much insight for you.
