Ok so the story goes the protein from raw egg whites is largely indigestible for whatever reason. This sucks because I’m in China and rely on egg whites for alot of my protein (protein supplements are few and far between here and very expensive). Though I have seen raw egg white products (on the internet) that are pasteurized and they claim that all the protein is digestible. Does anyone have any information on this???
Allso then would I not be able to heat the eggs up to the 130 degrees myself and pasteurize them myself making the protein digestible???
Any comments would be great.
