Do any of you T- Nation folks have a Spider bar or use one regularly or on occasion? If so, what kind of weights are you using relative to a straight bar?
I have this bar and the weight used is significantly less that a straight bar. I understand its probably totally normal to be less but fk, it’s embarrassing. lol I chalk it up to glaring weaknesses in my hips and glutes as best I can tell. What’s y’alls experiences with this bar?
