Low iron = anemia. As far as I know anemia And low test go hand in hand. Obviously more variables are at play.
Another interesting thing is high test directly related to high rbc count. Go figure.
Iron is very toxic, and is easy to over-do too much of a good thing.
Sure go ahead and get tested for anemia, or just eat foods rich in iron as part of your diet. High RBC count being correlated to high/normal test probably has a lot more to do with good health in general being correlated to good health.
