Effective Maximal Weight Routines

Can someone tell me which excercises they used during the maximal weight training? And if im not correct tell me but, It is recommended to do two workouts per body part and opposite spluits right?

i think you mean 2 exercises per body part and alternating between opposing muscle groups.

here is an example of what i did:

*chest/back
-bench press
-bent rows
-incline bench
-pull ups

*legs
-squats
-glute ham raises
-hang cleans
-romanian dl

*arms
-barbell curls
-dips
-preacher curl
-skull crushers

just an example, you should tailor every routine to your individual needs.
