What should I be looking for to get my daily serving of EFA's? (Essential Fatty Acids)
There is flax oil sold by itself, and then there are "complete" EFA formulas that have flax oil plus some other oils.
Fish oils and walnuts are my top choice to get omega 3's, EPA and DHA. I get all else the 6's and sats from my daily diet. meat eggs avacado, fish. nuts etc.
If you live in a warm climate, keep in mind that flax oil rancidifies quickly. That's why I don't buy it where I live: it doesn't taste right half the time.
