I have to admit that I frequently wind up being confused when it comes to EFAs. I see one thing that says take omega 3, then another that says you have to balance how much of each other fatty acids you take. I was wondering if someone could give me some SIMPLE guidelines on what to take. I am currenlty on a cyclicle keto diet and take quite a bit of flax. I also throw in a table spoon or two of olive oil into my protein drinks.
