Some feedback on the Escalating Density Training written about by Charles Staley a few weeks back- it is friggin brutal. I have tweaked his program a bit and am using it for arms, calves, and traps. I haven’t had soreness like this in a long time. Much like a Polliquin or Ian King routine- it requires you to humble yourself and use lighter weights- but is is highly effective.
Yes, incredible program. Simple and tough. 20 minutes never seemed so long on pull-up day.
