EDT question

If I train EDT

  1. Is it necessary to change my routine every 4-6 weeks

  2. What if I use a different routine every other workout?

I believe with EDT you only change exercises when you can no longer break your PR’s.

  1. I don’t think I would want to train EDT for longer than 4-6 weeks. It’s too hight of volume and will probably lead to overtraining if you are using it for your whole body.

  2. I would at least stick to the same workout for 3-4 weeks. The basis of EDT is to beat your workout ever week and this is what will give you gains. If you’re changing it every other week, you won’t be able to continually test yourself with last weeks workouts.
