EDT Phase 2

How long should I do EDT phase 2 ?

And what do you think about advance EDT ?

One of the simpler and perhaps annoying answers is as long as it is working with respect to helping you achieve your goals.

If it is doing what you want, keep doing it!

If it no longer is achieving results for you, it is time to switch to something else!

Maybe like this: 5 weeks like CS recommended and then start Compound EDT ?

And is there prescibed time for Compound EDT ?

In post CS said that we can do antagonist parings but only for upper body (Compound movements) but what about lower body ?

Maybe someone could give me semple for Compound EDT with antagonist parings ?
