I started EDT pahse 2 today. Since the program is 3 days and doesnt include any direct shoulder and trap work I was thinking about modifying it to a 4 day 2-on, one off, two-on M,T,TH, FRI. Adding an extra day for traps and delts. I was thinking of 2 15 min. blocks
A) Shoulder Press + Shrugs
B) Lateral Raise + Rear Delts
Sounds nice. Just place the shoulders carefully so as to allow proper rest for other parts.
I missed shoulder work when I did EDT as well. I asked a trainer friend of mine and he said that a lot of “gurus” and others believe the shoulders, in vurtue of their involvement with most movements, do not need much direct work to grow.
