Let this thread be the place to discuss your gains, concerns, changes, and your workouts using EDT.

Currently, I am doing a full body workout with 2 EDT splits. I try to go everyday, but I end up going 2 on 1 off. My concern with my current workouts is I have trouble getting through the second 15 minute session without getting fatigued. I do legs in the first session and thats where i spend my energy. Do you have trouble completing your second or third sessions>
