EDT For Fat Loss

Does anyone have the link to the article? In the Big Fat Training guide the link is broke. Can anyone help me out here? How is it different than the other EDT’s?

the different is you’ll do a core exercise for the first 15min PR zone (for maintain strength),

then after that, you’ll do 3 PR zone (for fat loss)
