EDT Everyday!

My workout comes from ideas from EDT and Waterburys High Frequency Training.
EDT is a 3-4 day a week program that utilizes 2 15 minute sessions of antagonistic exercises. For example, 5 reps of biceps and triceps without stopping for 15 minutes. HFT is basically a way to maximize volume on all bodyparts while refraining from overtraining. Anyways, the program is really simple. Each workout set is 15 minutes long, 5 minutes of rest and then another 15 minute session.
Day 1
Squat/Biceps
Bench/Row

Day 2
Deadlift/Abs
Dips/Upright Row

Day 3
Squat/Triceps
Pullups/Military Press

Then Deadlift Day again.
I do this routine everyday if possible, but ussually it turns out to be 2 on 1 off.

I am 20 years old, 5-11 205 lbs and my DL PR is 330 and bench PR is 240.
Is this enough to get bigger and leaner. Am I missing some aspect to my training I should include. Thanks for the responses.
