I started EDT two days ago and i’m confused about what weight to use. For some reason i thought i am supost to use half of my 10 rep max. But i don’t think thats the case. it seams too light. Could someone please clear things up for me, i train tonight and i want to do it right. Thanks guys
Yeah, you do have it a little backwards, don’t use half your 10 rep max, use the weight that is your ten rep max, but only do about 5 reps. Then alternate with another antagonistic exercise, lather, rinse, repeat.
