This might sound like a dumb question but how do you write out a workout log for EDT arms? I mean, In your 15 min segments when do you have time to write in your numbers? Do you write them down in between your microsets or do you wait til the end of the 15 min to write them in??

John, try this: Take a scratch pad and pen with you to the gym, along with your stopwatch or timer. You’re doing 2 exercises per 15-minute session. As you go back and forth between the two, just jot down the number of reps you did and total it at the end. There’s no way you’re going to remember how many reps you did over the course of 15 minutes.

I can’t keeptrack during an intense wo like edt so I write everything down, but keep it simple: A paper with a line across above the line ex barbell curls, below french press and simply add up the total. I Know it takes a little time, but hell. THe program allows for some rest inbetween supersets, you simply adjust to get as many reps as possible…
