I loved EDT (phase I & II). I had great results. I read this cruel and unusual puishment for bruetal ax murders that Charles Staley calls EDT Arms. I cannot wait to try it. I am having trouble designing a routine around it without lifitng 5 days / week and still staying around 20 sets per workout. Any suggestions? I was thinking about tossing shoulders out the window and only getting them work through secondary muscles groups.
Her is what I was planning.
M & F: EDT arm
T - Legs / abs
W - Back / Chest
Even with this, I will be lifting 3 days in a row but divided the days with Legs (so it is not all upper body, but those damn dead lifts will work it).
