EDT-Arm Training For Full Body?


I'm planning on doing the EDT arm training.

So could someone help me, or provide a link that states how I should organise the rest of my body.


You might want to contact coach Staley directly.

Perhaps you should just pick a few
compound movements for the rest of the body and and work them in EDT1 fashion, maybe with less/different intensity. But I'm merely guessing here.
