Anyone here have any tips on combining these two programs? I’ve been trying a full body workout (see “Multi-Joint Workout Plan” post on this forum) and HIIT on the off days but it’s kicking my ass this week. Maybe EDT’s enough, or maybe I just need to get used to it. (Or, damn, maybe I’m just getting old.)
I would like to keep up on some cardio, and both of these work for me as I don’t have a lot of time in the gym. I’m trying to add a bit of muscle, stay in shape, and keep the fat off. Am I trying to do too much here?
