EDT and HIIT

Anyone here have any tips on combining these two programs? I’ve been trying a full body workout (see “Multi-Joint Workout Plan” post on this forum) and HIIT on the off days but it’s kicking my ass this week. Maybe EDT’s enough, or maybe I just need to get used to it. (Or, damn, maybe I’m just getting old.)

I would like to keep up on some cardio, and both of these work for me as I don’t have a lot of time in the gym. I’m trying to add a bit of muscle, stay in shape, and keep the fat off. Am I trying to do too much here?

Looking at your workout it seems to me like you have a kickin enough plan w/out the HIIT, my friend. If you do it right, that SHOULD put you on your ass, IMHO.

Maybe some light cardio on the off days would satisfy your thirst for cardio.
