EDT and Bodyweight Training

Anybody ever try EDT with bodyweight exercise’s (dips,pullups,one legged squats etc.)? I’m trying it out but I’ll take any and all the advice it can get. Thanks,

well I used dips, and chins but with added weight from a belt. Other than that you may be able to use a set of bands.
