I watched a CrossFitter’s vlog about this the other day. I’m glad EH stepped outside his usual training parameters and broke the record. A Spartan Race pro competed at last summer’s CrossFit Games, then a CrossFit competitor did a weekend Spartan challenge. I think all exercise and training communities benefit from inter-sport competition.
