Could any Ironheads out there help me out with this one. What is the difference between an ectomorph and endomorph body types? Information on differences between the two types in terms of metabolism, body structure, and body composition would also be appreciated.Thank you. Stay Strong. Ken.
A) Ectomorph (key word “bones”) = delicate face, pointed chin, thin neck, long and narrow torso, long legs and arms with little muscularity, small hands, flat stomach, narrow shoulders.
B) Endomorph (key word "fat") = Head big and round, neck thick and short, torso thick and wide, short arms and legs, round shoulders, wide abdomen, big buttocks.
C) Mesomorph (key word "muscle") = Well defined facial features, strong neck, v-shape torso, wide shoulders, muscular arms and legs, abdomen is flat and hard, small waist, round buttocks.
Keep in mind that nobody is 100% endomorph, mesomorph or ectomorph. Most individuals are a combination of all three body types.
