I am just doing a survey for my fitness instructor course. the teacher asked us to do this so here goes.
Please post a recent picture of yourself and saying wether you are an
(1)Ectomorph(skinny and dont easily put on muscle)
(2)mesomorph(the lucky one who easily puts on muscle and burns fat)
(3)endomorph(someone who easily gains muscle but doesn’t shed fat as easily as the others.)
Afterwards could you please give me a rough idea of what your workout is like. It doesnt have to be detailed.
Just tell me your:
(1)Amount of sets and reps
(2)How many times a week you workout
(3)How much cardio do you do.
And then just give me a rough example of your diet:
(1)How many meals daily
(2)What you eat(amount fo carbs, protein,fat)
(3)How much water do you drink
Please help me out with the survey. I could easily copy something from the net but i would rather get my info from the warriors themselves.
