wondering what everyone is doing for ecentricless training nutrition. I do my normal workout at the gym in the morning, using Aaconda and MAG-10, Surge Workout Fuel. then after work about 8 hours later, i am doing about 20 minutes of ecentricless work with my prowler. what should my peri workout nutrition be for this second workout.
Honestly I would say a scoop or MAG-10 or Anaconda, or a Finibar. I think that for the eccentric-less portion your main concern is less of the pre-peri-post and more just getting something in.
