When training twice a day, can you perform the Eccentric-less training in the A.M and the Strength session in the P.M?

Ideally no.

The eccentric-less done as a second session is there as a feeder workout to increase nutrients uptake to the muscles that were trained hard earlier, thus increasing the rate of recovery. It doesn’t work the other way around; it’s not simply about doing more work.
