Eccentric Training

I am currently following a 5x5 program and getting good results in the strength department. My program looks something like this:

Day 1: CT’s Keep Your Chin Up/CoC Grippers
Day 2: Squats/Leg Extns/Calves
Day 3: Bench/Dips/Military Press
Day 4: Deadlift/RDL/Calves/CoC grippers
CoC grippers heh…

Anyways, I try to lift Mon/Tues, Thurs/Fri, but sometimes my job does not allow that. I am keeping a strict diet when I am able to cook for myself, but again sometimes my job does not allow it.
My goals are:

  1. Lose BF while keeping LBM
  2. Gain strength
    I would like to incorporate some of CT’s new eccentric training movements into my program, but don’t really know how to go about doing that while keeping my program intact. I have been using relativley short eccentric portions so far, mostly 2-3 count depending on the exercise. Am I hindering my progress by doing so?
