Eccentric-Less Training for Other Parts?

CT in your experience does eccentric less training work just as well for other muscles as it does for legs? For example will I get the same effect and growth using the prowler to press after my main pressing movements?

At first I believed that it did but honestly it doesn’t. It seems to work well for biceps and back, but not for pressing muscles.
