Eccentric Bench

i want to incorporate some eccentric benching into my programme for the next four weeeks or so… would they be better suited on ME or DE day?? i was thinking of doing them after speed work or after the ME move… or maybe instead of the ME move…

any suggestions on protocol ie: total reps, % of weight used etc??
