I just got off an ECA stack which I was on for about 6 weeks. I usually took Sundays off. How much time off do you think is neccessary. What are your opinions of the safety of this stack. If I continue to eat healthy should I expect any fat to come back.
I’ve been on and off of it for years now. I remember a minimum recommendation of 2 weeks off. I get a buzz from just a 5 day break, but you’re better safe than sorry. Just watch your total calories and the fat won’t come back - be ready though for an increased appetite
