week 2-

ephedrine and caffiene is best run at a 1:10 ratio and probably 20 or so mg ephedra and 200mg caffiene.
I have only used for a couple weeks at a time and found that I’d rather not deal with a taper. I’ve also found that a strict diet is all that I need to shred up and I won’t mess with that anymore(very, very fast metabolism). This is my opinion, somebody else may recommend to taper it.
It is a good performance enhancer reguarding athletic events tho.
I’d make sure to get plenty of h20 as well.
I also see that you don’t have the aspirin in their and I think that is a good call. I honestly think that the aspirin isn’t needed.
