I’m bench pressing again.
I tried to find my SRP: I’d have to use a cambered bar to reach it (it’s lower than my chest when I’m on a bench).
So I stop the bar 2-4" off the chest when lowering, and my shoulders no longer complain.

assume you injured your shoulder from BP in the first place? ifso use PL form and closer grip; problems you shall not have.
